What to watch, hotel by hotel

  • Villages Nature Paris — set-down is at the arrivals car park, not outside the cottage; allow for the internal shuttle and give your cottage number when booking.
  • Marriott's Village d'Île-de-France — the residence has several entrances, so tell us the building.
  • Radisson Blu at the golf course — access is from the boulevard du Golf, which is not the clubhouse entrance.
  • Adagio and Élysée Val d'Europe — we can pull up at the door early in the morning, before the shopping centre opens.

Each establishment has its own set-down point: the forecourt at the Explorers and the Dream Castle, the arrivals loop at the Radisson Blu by the golf course, the arrivals car park at Villages Nature, the door itself at the Adagio Val d'Europe early in the morning. Yes. A journey within Val d'Europe falls under the minimum pick-up charge of €30, which covers the first ten kilometres — that is, the entire area from Chessy to Bailly-Romainvilliers.

Yes, across all 48 communes in the area. Give the full address with the name of the residence and the building number: gated developments in Val d'Europe often have several entrances, and that is the single commonest cause of delay at departure.
