The transfer between Roissy-CDG airport and the Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel costs €99, over 38 kilometres and 40 to 50 minutes. Orly €129, Le Bourget €87, Beauvais €279. We set down at the main entrance, on the loop road along the Disney lake — the same point the convention centre uses.

The Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel works on two fronts: families who have come for the Marvel galleries, and delegates from the adjoining convention centre, the largest in the area. That double clientele explains the shape of our work here — family departures in the middle of the morning, and business departures for Roissy at an hour when the resort is still asleep, often in a van carrying a group of colleagues.
Set-down is at the main entrance, on the loop that runs along the Disney lake. It is a straightforward point to describe over the telephone, which counts for a good deal when a driver is collecting five people at a quarter past five in the morning.
For a seminar we run several vehicles in sequence within one window, with a single invoice in the company's name and your own order reference on it. Delegates arriving on staggered flights are grouped by landing time rather than left waiting individually in arrivals: two or three passengers landing within forty minutes of each other share a car, and the billing follows the vehicle, not the head count.
The access loop stays open around the clock, which matters more than it sounds: a 4am departure for Beauvais, where check-in closes very early indeed, causes nobody any difficulty here.
Meet at the main entrance, on the loop road along the Disney lake. For a group departure before 6am we position the vehicles ten minutes before the agreed time and the driver rings you from the loop rather than bringing everyone into the lobby, which keeps the luggage in one place and the party together.
