Val d'Europe is a recent creation: a shopping centre, a luxury outlet, an RER A station, office districts and tens of thousands of residents who arrived within twenty years. Public transport has not kept pace towards the airports: the RER A goes to Paris, never to Roissy or Orly.

As a result almost every airport journey here is made by car. We work a great deal with the aparthotels and with the businesses of the office district, on very early runs — the 4am to 6am slot is our densest peak.

La Vallée Village, a case of its own

The outlet draws an international clientele who leave loaded: bulky bags, fragile purchases, sometimes more luggage than they arrived with. The Peugeot 508 is rarely enough in that case; we send the Mercedes van, which swallows eight suitcases without argument. Just say so when you book.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most often

Which communes does the Val d'Europe area cover?
Serris, Chessy, Montévrain, Bailly-Romainvilliers, Magny-le-Hongre, Coupvray and Chanteloup-en-Brie. All share the same reference fare to the airports, as they lie less than three kilometres apart.
Is there a direct bus from Val d'Europe to Roissy?
No. No scheduled service links Val d'Europe to the Paris airports. The only public transport route runs on the RER A to Châtelet, then the RER B to CDG: about 1 hr 20 with one change, and longer to Orly.
Can you pick up at La Vallée Village with a lot of luggage?
Yes, it is one of our routine jobs. The drop-off area is on the car park side, away from the main entrance. Tell us the number of bags when you book: beyond four suitcases we always send the 8-seat van.
Do you work with businesses in Val d'Europe?
Yes, with monthly invoicing in the company's name, a purchase-order reference on the invoice, and airport pick-ups for staff or for visiting clients. Quotes go out by email within a few hours.
