Roissy is not an airport, it is a small town. The driver follows your flight number: if the aircraft lands an hour late, he knows before you do and turns up at the right time, with no waiting charge. He finds you at the baggage hall exit, holding a board with the name you gave, and there is nothing for you to do but follow him.
