Your driver waits in arrivals, name board in hand

How it works in practice

An hour before you land you receive a message: the driver's first name, his mobile number, the make and the registration of the car. The driver, meanwhile, is tracking your flight in real time. He stands in the arrivals hall of your terminal, past customs, holding a board with the name you gave when you booked.

He takes the cases, walks you to the car parked a few minutes away, and off you go. There is no queue, no haggling and no surprise about the price: that was settled when you booked.

Meeting points airport by airport

• Roissy-CDG: the arrivals hall of the terminal concerned. At Terminal 1, gate 20 serves as the landmark; at Terminal 2E the driver allows for hall K, L or M, which changes the walk out entirely.
• Orly: the baggage hall exit in arrivals, every terminal, from Orly 1 to Orly 4.
• Beauvais-Tillé: the single forecourt in front of the terminal, impossible to miss even at night.
• Le Bourget: directly at your operator's terminal, past the access control, provided you have given us its name.

If you would rather walk out on your own

Some travellers, regulars and business passengers in particular, prefer to go straight to the car. That is possible: say so when you book and the driver will wait at the drop-off area, sending you his exact position. It saves a few minutes when you travel with hand luggage only.

Help that matters for some passengers

Older people travelling alone, families with a baby, passengers with reduced mobility, unaccompanied minors: meet and greet stops being a comfort and becomes a necessity. Tell us the situation when you book and the driver adjusts where he stands and how he helps — and takes the time it needs, with no meter running.
