What we need from you

• Your flight number — it is what triggers the tracking and protects your booking if the plane is late.
• The exact address — number, building, floor if we are collecting from your door; the name of the hotel if you are at Disneyland.
• The number of passengers and bags — so that we send the saloon or the van.
• The children's ages where relevant, so the right seat is fitted before you arrive.

When should you book?

For a departing flight, the day before is enough in most cases. For a departure before 6am, for a group of more than four, for an adapted vehicle or for Beauvais, book earlier: those journeys tie up a car and a driver in a slot where demand often outruns supply. For an arriving flight, book as soon as you have the flight number, even weeks ahead.

Changes and cancellation

Free and unconditional. A cancelled flight, a change of plan, a different time: tell us and we adjust. As no deposit is taken, cancelling costs you nothing — we simply ask that you let us know as soon as you know, so the car can be released.
