The château, the Trianons, the Queen's Hamlet: a classic day out from Disneyland, painful by train, simple by car.

A taxi between Marne-la-Vallée and the Château de Versailles costs around €160 one way, for 63 kilometres and 1 hr to 1 hr 20 on the road. A car by the day, waiting on site, is quoted in advance.

Versailles from Disneyland by public transport means three trains and two hours each way: the RER A to Nation or Châtelet, then the RER C to Versailles Château–Rive Gauche. For a family over in France for three days, that eats half the day.
By road, allow an hour to an hour and twenty by the Francilienne and the A86. Most of our customers book a car by the day: the driver drops you at the main gates, waits while you visit, then brings you back. It works out cheaper than an outward and a return billed separately.
